What Is Your Greatest Internal Struggle?

Fear of Rejection

What Is Your Greatest Internal Struggle? D322ae71-c194-4838-810a-b19e5a59696c
Your greatest internal struggle is between your desire to connect with others and the fear of rejection!

CHAKRA POINT: Heart
COLOR: Green
FEARS: Rejection; being unloved or disliked; being left out; loneliness
BAD HABITS: Anti-social tendencies; dysfunctional relationships; insecurity; withholds emotions; loves conditionally
MANTRA: "Those who care don't matter, and those who matter don't care."

With rejection being your primary struggle, you probably frequently worrying whether or not you made the right impression on others. There are two ways people struggling with this can react. Introverts who struggle with this often become more isolated and spend very little time socializing.

On the other hand, extroverts with this insecurity sometimes put on a mask by coming across as over-confident: "just try to reject me! I don't care what you think" (when they really mean the opposite). Both introverts and extroverts might sometimes come across as abrasive to others, because you're either too withdrawn or too blunt about things.

Extroverts might also find themselves caught up in drama involving either themselves or those they know. This is because they have a hard time letting go of toxic individuals that add pain and conflict into their life. Learning to enjoy our own company and be alone by ourselves is a skill worth having! Be selective about the quality of the people you'll allow into your life!

All in all, relax and just be yourself! Rejection isn't the end of the world (even if it is uncomfortable). Those who truly love you don't care if you make mistakes, accidentally say the wrong thing, or have some flaws! Those who truly matter are there when you need them the most. Learn to love yourself enough to let people go and forgive them of the pain or conflict they bring. Consider taking up meditation and ensure you have plenty of alone time for self-reflection.

Fear of Loss/ Misery

What Is Your Greatest Internal Struggle? 522d2c1b-b5de-4706-8b87-334c06213b1e

Your greatest internal struggle is between your passion for life and the fear of loss or misery!

CHAKRA POINT: Root
COLOR: Red
FEARS: Losing something important;
BAD HABITS: Hoarding tendencies; poor money management/ financial insecurity; indecisiveness; apathy
MANTRA: "Letting go is not the end. It's the start of something new."

With the fear of misery as your primary battle, you often struggle to cope with fears of losing belongings or not having enough, and the misery that would follow. Being robbed, going broke and having money issues, being homeless, losing your job, etc, are probably some of the most frightening things you can think of to happen to you. You'd likely do all you could to protect yourself from losing what you have. In fact, your drive to maintain possession of things might sometimes distract you from the loved ones you should be sharing in your success with.

While this fear is practical, it can be debilitating if you force yourself to take on more stress than you can handle, in an effort to feel in control. However, the reality is that taking on too much by yourself can make you lose control faster! Don't be afraid to ask for help or for patience from others when you need it and remember to take a break from building your life to just enjoy it having! Lessen your burden by letting go of things your don't need in your life. Should you find yourself in a miserable situation, always remember to keep track of the things you still have to be happy about!

Fear of misery is a failure of perspective and simply remembering that you don't have to hold on so tightly to everything can help keep that perspective in mind.

The greatest internal struggle you fight is between your desire to speak out or be yourself and the fear of being persecuted.

CHAKRA POINT: Throat
COLOR: Blue
FEARS: Persecution; victimization
BAD HABITS: Perfectionism; difficulty expressing thoughts or feelings; shyness
MANTRA: "Don't suffer in silence."

With persecution as your primary struggle, you might find it difficult to express yourself in situations where your emotions or sensitive topics are involved. You really don't like rocking the boat, because sometimes you feel like people are scrutinizing you! When they are, you're either really hurt or really upset by it!

Remind yourself not to take what people say so personally. Everyone is going through their own troubles and an unkind word speaks volumes more about the person who said it than about you. Don't be afraid to speak up, mince words, or say something silly! Perhaps consider doing something outside of your comfort zone that aids in finding new ways of expressing yourself! Take an improv, public speaking, writing, or art class! Find a creative solution to help you diminish insecurities of speaking up and keeping over-sensitivity in check!

Etre persécuté je ne sais pas ce que c'est et à moins de m'être volontairement mis dans une situation débile je n'arrive pas trop à l'envisager ;

WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST INTERNAL STRUGGLE?

Fear of the Unknown

Spoiler:

What Is Your Greatest Internal Struggle? D60006a3-0d5e-455e-9351-a6b63b39750a

Your greatest struggle is between your understanding of reality and the fear of the unknown.

CHAKRA POINT: Third-eye
COLOR: Indigo
FEARS: Unknown; supernatural/ superstition; misfortune; bad luck
BAD HABITS: Prone to nightmares; possible learning difficulties; pessimistic outlook on people and life; possible mental illness; paranoia/ anxiety
MANTRA: "God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference."

With the unknown being your greatest struggle, it's the things that you can't control that really eat at you. As a result you might sometimes feel uneasy or frequently worry over even the little things. On the other hand, you're very intuitive and usually trust your gut instinct!

Likely, you're used to having people tell you to "relax" or "stop worrying". It's extra frustrating in situations where everything turns out fine, because you end up feeling silly for being anxious in the first place!

Remember to accept the things you can not change. Shit happens! Life is unpredictable and sometimes things go wrong. You can't always plan for everything but it's how you adapt to it that makes the difference! Anxiety in general stems from focusing too much on the future instead of what's happening right now. Learn to live in the present moment and not get caught up in a game of "what if"!
